GED® Testing Info - Overview

The Tests of General Educational Development (GED®) provide adults who did not complete high school with an opportunity to earn a high school equivalency certificate. By taking and passing a series of five tests in Language Arts, Writing, Social Studies, Science, Language Arts, Reading, and Mathematics, adults demonstrate they have acquired a level of learning comparable to that of high school graduates.
